Overview

When Reelhaus came on board in August 2025, Charlotte had a strong Instagram following but no website behind it. People were finding her through social media, clicking a link, and landing on a webinar sign-up page. That was the entire journey: no brand home, no way to learn about Charlotte before committing, no way to purchase directly, and no way to track any of it. Reelhaus built the website from the ground up in 6 weeks. The site was designed to take someone who had never heard of Charlotte and give them everything they needed to trust her, understand her course, and buy.

Impact

  • 17,400 visitors and 37,700 page views generated since launch, with an average session duration of 1 minute 53 seconds and a 33% bounce rate, meaning the vast majority of visitors stayed and engaged with the site.
  • 16,268 visitors landed directly on the webinar registration page, representing 93% of all site traffic flowing straight to the conversion point.

The Details That Made The Difference

The webinar registration page became one of the most iterated parts of the entire build. Small changes had an outsized impact on sign-ups.

The key finding was that the form needed to be visible immediately. Too much text beneath the video pushed the form down the page, and registrations dropped. The solution was a "Read More" button after two lines of text, keeping the form in view alongside an auto-playing video from the moment someone landed on the page.

This same thinking extended across the full site. Every section was structured to take visitors on a journey through Charlotte's story, her results, and her students' success before presenting the course as the natural next step.
